Because your time—and mine—is valuable.
My goal is to create a space that feels intentional, relaxed, and respectful of everyone’s time and energy. These policies help ensure each guest receives the best experience possible while allowing me to run my business with care and integrity.

✧ Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Life happens—I understand. If something unexpected comes up, just reach out as soon as possible so I can try to fill the space.

✧ Running Late
If you’re running behind, please send a quick message.
Guests arriving 15+ minutes late may need to adjust the services performed—or in some cases, reschedule—to respect the time of other clients.
​
✧ Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. I accept all major cards, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.

✧ Adjustment Policy
I want you to absolutely love your hair. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment, and I’ll happily make adjustments where needed.
Please note: adjustments are not offered for changes of mind or new service requests outside of the original consultation scope.

✧ Extension & Smoothing Services
All extension and smoothing treatments (like Hair Botox) require a consultation and may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

✧ Children & Extra Guests
To keep the salon environment calm and focused, I kindly ask that you come solo to your appointment unless otherwise arranged in advance.

✧ Special Saturday Appointments
Saturday appointments are available by special request only and may be subject to an additional fee. Please inquire in advance if you’re needing a Saturday time slot.
